2018 EXPORT TERMS
There Are Three Ways To Buy
# 1 Direct Wire Transfer
THIS IS BY FAR THE EASIEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GET YOUR TOWER TO YOUR SITE! After Receiving Our Tower Quotation, Send Us Your Purchase Order (Fax or E-mail is Fastest). We Will Review It For Accuracy. After We Have Confirmed All Of Your Requirements We Will Fax or E-Mail You an Invoice Along With Instructions How To Do The Wire Transfer (Bank Data Etc.). Upon Receiving Your Funds We Will Immediately Instruct The Factory To Process your Order. As Soon As The Order Leaves The Factory In Peoria Illinois We Will Send You A Receipt Marked "Paid In Full" Along With Proof That It Was Shipped To Your Freight Forwarder Or Directly To Your Site According To Our Agreed Upon Instructions On Your Purchase Order and Our Subsequent Invoice. We also offer the option of a 50% Deposit Payment up front with the balance due before shipping.
#2 Certified Bank Check In U.S. Funds
This Alternate Method Can Be Employed If You Prefer. After Receiving Our Tower Quotation, Just Send Us A Purchase Order (Fax or E-mail is The Fastest). We Will Review It For Accuracy and Issue You An Invoice By Fax Or E-mail. Your Certified Bank Check, Made Out In U. S. Funds, Covering The Cost Of The Product And ALL Shipping & Handling Costs Will Then Be Deposited Into Our Local Account. When Your Check Clears Our Bank, The ROHN Factory Will Be Instructed To Process Your Order. When Your Order Leaves The Factory In Peoria, Illinois You Will Be Faxed Or E-Mailed A Receipt Marked "Paid In Full" Along With Proof That Your Order Was Shipped To Your Freight Forwarder Or Directly To Your Site, According To Our Agreed Upon Shipping Instructions Listed On Your Purchase Order and Our Subsequent Invoice. This Process Has The Delay Of Funds Clearing The Bank Before We Can Release Your Tower Order.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE FACTORY.
We are committed to immediately paying our suppliers and agents when an order is processed. Many of these orders are custom fabricated to your specifications and as such have only scrap value to us and ROHN if something happens to your order process. We must stand by our suppliers commitments to produce and ship your tower in the agreed upon time frame. We have been in business a long time. We know towers. We treat our customers and suppliers with the highest standard of ethical business practices and insist that we are treated the same way. We enjoy doing business with you wherever you are located and you can be assured we will always do our best to get your order delivered to your site as soon as humanly possible.
THESE COMMON TERMS MUST BE AGREED UPON WITH EVERY EXPORT ORDER.
All Deliveries and schedules contingent on availability of raw materials, fuel and transportation.
Purchaser agrees that if a previously established delivery date is delayed by the purchaser prior to (14) Days before the delivery date, then Purchaser shall pay Sandown Wireless a storage fee equal to 5% of the purchase price of the equipment for EACH week of storage at the Radian/ROHN staging area.
Above prices do not include any Federal, State or Local Taxes. The Purchaser is obligated to pay any taxes based on the local rates where the material is being shipped unless an exemption certificate is provided.
The Supplied Quotations are proprietary, confidential and a Trade Secret of Sandown Wireless and Radian/ROHN Industries. We provide this information (Quotations) for the exclusive use of our customer in evaluating our quotation. This information is not to be disclosed to any third parties.
Prices quoted to our customers are valid for 30 days from the quotation date unless otherwise noted.
Prices quoted are your cost FOB Manufacturer's Distribution Points in the US
Purchaser must verify the design parameters stated in our quotation will meet the requirements of the regulatory agencies responsible for approving the design.
THESE ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER OUT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I HOPE YOU WILL FIND THEM REASONABLE. WE WILL STRIVE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU RETURN TO US AGAIN AND AGAIN. DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS MAY ALLOW US TO BETTER THE STATED TERMS BUT FOR ALL NEW ACCOUNTS, THE ABOVE TERMS MUST BE MET.
